The Group conditions of sale shall apply for 10 or more rooms for a stay of identical duration, providing identical services and billed on one single invoice. If the Customer should require that some room should be occupied by only one person, the Hotels may demand an additional charge per room. The VAT rate charged shall be that in effect at the time of reservation. The reservation option agreed upon with central reservation office (CRO) or with the Hotel shall become a confirmed reservation once both the following conditions are imperatively met: Upon receipt by CRO or by the Hotel of a confirmed approval of both the quotation and the Terms and Conditions of Sale contained herein on the option s closing date, and upon receipt of the deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total, tax-inclusive amount. If no written confirmation is received within the aforementioned timeframe, the Hotel or the CRO reserve the right to put the unconfirmed rooms up for sale again. The deposit to be paid at the time of reservation represents 30% of the reserved services. Payment shall be made by the Customer prior to the group s arrival. Any change or cancellation, in whole or in part, shall be notified in writing by the Customer. Cancellation fees: Over 16 weeks prior to the group s arrival date: no penalties. Between 16 and 12 weeks: the deposit. Between 12 and 6 weeks: the Hotel shall invoice 20%. Between 6 and 3 weeks: the Hotel shall invoice 50%. From 3 weeks: the Hotel shall invoice 70%. The Customer is responsible for equipment and personal effects insurance, and hereby expressly renounces any and all claims against the Hotel for any damage caused to the goods in that regard, including the theft of said goods.
